Venue: well presented and clean Starters: special mixed grill, absolutely tasteless, full red colouring, no spice, overcooked tough lamb, very disappointing Main: Chilli and Garlic chicken, again, tasteless, no chilli or garlic in the sauce, green chillies laid on top! Saag Prawns, 4 prawns served in a stringy spinach, again, lacked spice, ginger and garlic. Naan, freshly made and probably the nicest thing we ordered! Being Indian, we asked our food to be authentic. I’m totally baffled how anyone can rate the food higher than a 1, we were watching dishes being served, I’m sorry but no Indian dish is red. It seemed like something out of a jar is being used! PLEASE do something about your food, it’s letting you down, I’m not at all surprised we were the only Indian customers you had.

We went here yesterday with our family and friends and we felt as if they were not happy to serve asian customers. Food we ordered was nice except paneer tikka as it tasted coconut gravy which is unusal taste for paneer tikka in a indian based restaurant. We asked them for high chair for my child they said its booked and cannot provide us thus my child had to eat on his buggy and their booking did not arrive till we left the place. My question is why the award winning restaurant do not have extra high chair for toddlers?? Is the child supposed to eat in buggy even if its not in use?? While we eating it seemed like they are rushing to remove our plates so that we leave early. Anyway when we were leaving I thanked and said bye but one of the member did not respond and I felt really weird because I guess this is not a customer service.
