Despite being quiet on a Sunday morning, our food took over an hour to come out and most of us had cold food. Really disappointing and a complete waste of money. Only giving it two stars and not zero for the lovely waitress who sorted my son out with some milk!

Great lunch food menu excellent service, they were so kind to my dog. Love it there.

Wide range of beers (as you’d expect) pleasant decor with a covered outside area for the warmer months.

Nice place, nice beer and a nice atmosphere

Being gluten-free is tough enough when going out for food, but to be promised your food twice and waiting over 30 minutes when everyone else around had eaten, only for you to then be told your food hadn't been made is incredibly disappointing. The options are available for gluten sufferers, but the lack of proactiveness towards it is terrible. It seems to always be difficult when I go here for food.

Saturday evening, probably should have thought it through big venue on a Saturday night not far from Christmas and the football was on! 40 minutes to get a drink and just over the hour for food to arrive despite having booked a table so we weren’t waiting for that. Staff were pleasant and helpful but few in number hence the slow service and them racing about all in all not up to its usual standard!

My prior review noted crampness between darts and shuffle board and I have to up scale review and note it's all been listed to and fixed. BRILLIANT. Well done folks. Xx Great range of beers and other drinks. Good prices. Shuffleboard was fun but felt cramped particularly with closeness to the dartboards and as place filled for sports with tables close by and TV over the shuffleboard. Also reserved table for watching sport, but layout of TVs is appalling and won't visit to do that again

Edit: I spoke to the owner who was very helpful and this was sorted. Later visits have been just as good as usual, fully recommend! Moved to 5 stars I've had good experiences with Brewpoint, although today was not one. We have always made substitutes in the meals due to some limited options. Never has brewpoint had an issue with this until today because 'it effects the stock levels', which is a terrible excuse. It didn't before, so why does it now? Food then came, burger was burnt and had 1/3 the chips we usually have. Coleslaw also looked brown and tasted sour. Never had a bad experience here, and this stuff isn't the end of the world - but if these things are due to management changes (which we suspect given random new rules and totally new staff), please don't turn what is a place worth coming to for a premium to just another basic place to eat. We'll just go maccies for 1/4 the price.

This venue has great potential—it’s spacious, vibrant, and offers a variety of activities like Sip and Paint, shuffleboard, and quiz nights, making it a fun spot to visit. However, it’s noticeably understaffed, which leads to slower service. While understandable, ensuring the venue is better staffed would significantly enhance the overall experience for visitors. Parking can also be a challenge, especially on quiz nights, and it’s worth noting that parking at nearby retailers can result in fines. Additionally, quiz nights only accept cash payments—a detail we weren’t aware of. It led to a last-minute dash to Sainsbury’s, which was fortunate since one of us happened to have a wallet. With many people relying on mobile payments, a heads-up or alternative payment options would be much appreciated. As for Taco Tuesdays, the portions are underwhelming and could use an upgrade to match the venue’s otherwise promising vibe. With a few adjustments—better staffing, improved communication about payment options, and a bit more value for promotions like Taco Tuesdays—this place could truly shine. It’s a fun venue, but these small changes would make a big difference.
