Great lunch food menu excellent service, they were so kind to my dog. Love it there.

Extremely disappointed. Promised us and confirmed 30 tickets to Oktoberfest, we organised a whole trip months ago only to be told 5 days before the event they couldn’t accommodate us with no valid reason. 100% avoid as they cannot be trusted!

Great beer and alright food

Shocking. Management need to up their game. We arrived as a booked group of 10., 7:30 ish. Ordered drinks the two table orders of starters and mains. One table had starters followed by all but one main after 45 min to hour wait. (It was not busy). Waited waited talked to staff finally last main table one and starters for table two arrived. Further waiting so asked for second tables mains, only to be told the kitchen was shut so no paid for mains. Our second table was guests from our Swiss head office. They ate at McDonald’s.

Please don’t serve salad on a metal tray, looked like dog food. Bowls have been around for 1000’s of years for a reason.

Visited on Sunday and had an excellent lunch. The team were very friendly and gave great service. The beers we chose - Genesis and Foghorn- were brilliant. We sat in the lovely garden and had burgers of the month which were delicious! Cannot fault this place!

Not a great experience at all, the QR codes did not work, there was a long queue at the bar to order, when the food arrived it was luke warm & greasy, minimal staff on the restaurant floor, waited for a pizza and then had to ask a member of staff where was it, after 40 minutes, it arrived burnt and cold. we have been here a few times and never felt the need to complain but Monday's visit was very disappointing and we will not be rushing back any time soon, it is shame as we have had some decent evenings here but unfortunately after this experience we won't be returning. To be honest we couldn't wait to leave !!
