An amazing place. My daughter had her first ever bridal appointment today and Lauren made it very special.
She spent so much time listening to what my daughter wanted and adapting choices as the brief changed during the course of the appointment. There was absolutely no hard sell which was a welcome relief. Lauren encouraged her to go away, reflect and only order when she was totally ready.
My daughter did arrive at a gorgeous choice of dress and I feel very confident, if she orders it, that Lauren will deliver a sterling service right through the process

What a wonderful experience I had with my daughter at Butterworth's. From the moment we walked into the shop we were made to feel so welcome. My daughter tried on some absolutely beautiful Holy Communion dresses and the whole experience was incredibly special. Lauren spent so much time with us, offering lots of advice and options we hadn't even considered. Whilst we didn't buy a dress from the boutique in the end, Lauren has kept in touch to offer her help and knowledge and gone out of her way to contact suppliers to order a veil that we loved which my daughter will wear on her special day. It was such a memorable experience and I would highly recommend Lauren and her beautiful shop.

This bridal shop needs 10 stars! Lauren is absolutely incredible. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. She has great advice but also lets the bride and her bridal party look (which I found didn’t happen in other shops).
I am so happy I have found my dream dress (even though it’s nothing like I thought I’d have) I am over the moon!
Lauren has all the time in the world to talk things over and there is no pressure to purchase that day. It was such a wonderful, joyous and memorable experience ❤️ that I would 100% recommend Butterworths Bridal to anyone.

What a truly wonderful day!
I was very apprehensive .. being an older bride.. but I was made so comfortable and at ease trying on all sorts of styles and in my mind wasn’t going to commit because of how I felt about my body …. But… then I found the one!

I was a nervous customer… uncomfortable about my shape and really out of my comfort zone. I got a lovely message from Lauren the day before which really put me at ease.
Within a short amount of time, I began to relax and enjoy myself. Lauren really knows what she’s doing and gave me some great advice. I didn’t feel any pressure at all… just supported to find my own way. The whole experience was a real self esteem boost!
I went back again a couple of days later and tried my two favourites on again… I now have a beautiful dress that I feel fabulous in.
