This bridal shop needs 10 stars! Lauren is absolutely incredible. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. She has great advice but also lets the bride and her bridal party look (which I found didn’t happen in other shops).
I am so happy I have found my dream dress (even though it’s nothing like I thought I’d have) I am over the moon!
Lauren has all the time in the world to talk things over and there is no pressure to purchase that day. It was such a wonderful, joyous and memorable experience ❤️ that I would 100% recommend Butterworths Bridal to anyone.

Amazing experience, I was nervous about dress shopping, I did not want to feel pressured/overwhelmed with the process and this was not what it is like here at all. It is so relaxed, catered around your wants and needs, it feels so personalised. Just how wedding dress shopping should be. Amazing amazing.

I was very apprehensive .. being an older bride.. but I was made so comfortable and at ease trying on all sorts of styles and in my mind wasn’t going to commit because of how I felt about my body …. But… then I found the one!

I was a nervous customer… uncomfortable about my shape and really out of my comfort zone. I got a lovely message from Lauren the day before which really put me at ease.
Within a short amount of time, I began to relax and enjoy myself. Lauren really knows what she’s doing and gave me some great advice. I didn’t feel any pressure at all… just supported to find my own way. The whole experience was a real self esteem boost!
I went back again a couple of days later and tried my two favourites on again… I now have a beautiful dress that I feel fabulous in.

I can't recommend Butterworths Bridal Boutique enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. Lauren was incredibly supportive and patient, even offering to stay as long as needed since I was the last appointment of the day.
Lauren's approach was refreshing; she didn't push any sales but instead helped me explore various shapes and styles, boosting my confidence along the way. When I found a dress that was almost perfect, Lauren went above and beyond by discussing potential alterations and arranging a consultation with the seamstress.

Lauren is amazing! She made my sister feel completely at ease and relaxed, which isn’t an easy thing to do. She was so knowledgeable and helpful when firing all the questions at her about how the dress could be altered and what it would be like when in my sisters actual size. My sister said “Yes to the Dress” and felt amazing. Lauren made the occasion very special with Prosecco and pictures. I would 100% recommend Lauren and her dresses to any bride on the hunt for their dream dress! ❤️
