Have been really impressed with the Small Group Personal Training sessions. Coaches are uplifting, supportive and push you where needed. The atmosphere and ethos of the club is focussed on health, fitness to look and feel good without the pretentiousness of some mainstream gyms (haven’t seen a single selfie pose 😂). Lovely welcoming mix of people with a few giggles during training, which contribute to the overall experience being fun, relaxed and enjoyable whilst gaining results!

If you’re not confident going to the gym by yourself or you don’t know where to start, the small group training is a great start. All the trainers are lovely and attentive, they do a weekly catch up with you to see how you’re feeling. I went in there as a complete beginner with no gym experience and they help adapted all the work out to suit me. Working with a group of people also motivates and challenges you!

I have been training now with Core for nearly a month and absolutely love it. The small group personal training sessions are well equipped, varied, challenging and coached really well. The team are extremely helpful and always willing to modify anything (should you need to) always making sure you feel inclusive and comfortable within the sessions.
The variety of times and sessions available are amazing and help push your fitness to new levels. Everyone is so welcoming. I’m looking forward to seeing what this year at core brings. Would highly recommend to anyone whatever age or fitness level you may be. You’ll be very happy training here!
