I went for the first time today and was very impressed.I felt great after (and even during the session really) I was very well looked after by a lady called Kelly. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and I could have not asked for anything more. Over all, a great experience. I am looking forward to going next time.

I honestly wish I had done this sooner! My 1st cryotherapy session was an incredible experience. The endorphin release I felt immediately after stepping out of the chamber was amazing - such a rush of energy and clarity…exactly as Kaylen had said I would feel!! Kaylen’s energy made the whole experience even better; friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. His positive vibe instantly made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Went in last week for some recovery with my bro the team were very friendly and talkative and went above and beyond. It doesn't go unnoticed because they genuinely cared about trying to help. A Game-Changer for Chronic Pain – My Incredible Experience at Cryohub! From the moment I stepped through the door at Cryohub, I knew I was in for a positive experience. As a long-term sufferer of chronic arthritis, facing a full left knee replacement and with my right knee compensating, I walk with a stick and a noticeable limp, unable to straighten my left leg. Yet, I arrived not with apprehension, but with genuine anticipation for potential pain relief – a desire that truly overrides any fear! I was warmly greeted by Kaylen and John, whose positive and happy demeanor immediately put me at ease. Kaylen patiently talked me through every step of the process before I entered the cryochamber. Yes, it gets incredibly cold, but it's a gradual sensation that quickly becomes exhilarating. The feeling around my injured joints was nothing short of extraordinary; it was as if the cold was actively targeting the arthritis and inflammation. Then came the absolute heaven of the target freeze treatment, generously offered by Kaylen on both my knees and behind the knee . Following that, the "squeeze" treatment, while a little uncomfortable initially on my left leg, was quickly made comfortable by Kaylen adjusting the pressure and my positioning. This might be a longer review, but it's crucial for fellow older clients suffering from chronic pain to understand the profound difference this made. I walked out without that limp! While the limp did eventually return, those 12 hours of not limping were pure bliss. This treatment truly offers a remarkable way to manage arthritis. I plan to make monthly visits, hoping Kaylen and John can help me avoid major surgery on my right knee once my left knee replacement is complete. The morning after my session, I still experienced aches, but they were in different areas and, crucially, not painful aches. My ankles, for example, had no pain at all! and I have taken no tramadol! Kaylen modestly said he doesn't have a miracle cure – but I beg to differ! This treatment is outstanding, and it's a shame more people aren't aware of it. If you're of a certain age and living with pain like me, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Cryohub. My husband and I came for our first session this week after being gifted a voucher. We absolutely loved the Freeze & Squeeze experience! Kaylen was fantastic, his customer service and knowledge is top tier, I was a little nervous beforehand, but he talked us through it. We both felt amazing after and we will definitely be back again soon!

Been dealing with knee pain for a few months after I start running, been icing down daily at home, taking pain killers but nothing helped. When I felt my knee getting better I run short distance and again pain was there, until I got recommended to try Cryohubbedford! I went there had all body freeze procedure and I didn't expect nothing in 1 session but next day my knee was pain free! For work I'm traveling alot, and after long journey when I'm getting of my car knee always stiff and painful today 1 day after freeze chamber I jumped out of the car and been ready for a daily pain in my knee but surprise surprise no pain wasn't at all after long journey plus I did easy run after appointment in Cryohubbedford! I was so happy I'm like nothing was helping me but just 1 session with the guys changed everything with my knee! I'm so happy I would recommend contact them if you had any kind pain after you training, running you would be surprise what 1 session can do to you! What an amazing experience! This was my first time trying the chamber and I could feel the benefits almost immediately. I experienced positive sensations directly where I was in pain. Such a great team of people greet you and put all worries aside. You are spoken to throughout the treatment and everything is explained fully. After one session my Achilles pain was 95 percent improved. Looking forward to further results to aid recovery from broken legs. Thank you again to the team for making it great experience.
