What an amazing experience! This was my first time trying the chamber and I could feel the benefits almost immediately. I experienced positive sensations directly where I was in pain. Huge thank you to John for confidently guiding me through our session. Great location and incredible set up. I’m really looking forward to returning!

Such a great team of people greet you and put all worries aside. You are spoken to throughout the treatment and everything is explained fully. After one session my Achilles pain was 95 percent improved. Looking forward to further results to aid recovery from broken legs. Thank you again to the team for making it great experience.

Hi Yesterday, I completed my longest ever run (Cambridge half). Afterwards, I struggled to walk and climb stairs (which to be honest, I expected). I also had intense knee pain This morning, I had a session with John. Chamber, targeted and compression. I felt pretty good immediately after. During the day I booked in a gym session for this evening. I was surprised at how the cryo session had aided my recovery with almost miraculous effects. I actually felt like I'd had the weekend off. Ordinarily, I would have ached and suffered DOMS for a number of days... None of it!!! Absolute quality. Thanks guys. The proof is in the pudding, I guess 👍🏼💪🏼

I had a great experience at Cryohub Bedford! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable right away. The session was refreshing and left me feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in cryotherapy!

I just want to take a a few minutes this morning to say thank you to Cryohub bedford for treating my wife’s leg within a 20 minutes session, she was bed bound for 4 days couldn’t move her right leg , after taking my advice she went in and got treated by John who was absolutely amazing , after her session she was able to walk with minor pain remaining , I can see how happy she to be back to herself . Thank you once again . Fab job!!

I have been suffering quite badly with what I thought was a hip problem, as it turned out it is spondylitis in my lower spine, and was recommended to visit the CryoHub in Kempston. I was a little bit sceptical but thought I would give it a try, well I was wrong. One session in the "chamber" with John talking and overseeing the whole 3 minutes gave me confidence and, although freezing, the time shot by. He then went over the sore areas with nitrogen as well as compression on both my legs. This morning I got out of bed, stood straight and walked with far, far less pain than I have been experiencing for some time, I will be going back for further sessions. I also have quite bad arthritis (in my am nearly 72yo) and even that seems to have eased. these guys are amazing and so positive, even a follow up phone call this morning to see how I am, do it you will be amazed.

Awesome guys that are super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. A credit to the local Community to have something so amazing locally. The targeted treatment, has massively helped on my recovery after my knee operation. Would highly recommend.

If you are thinking about doing it, just go for IT! Be bold get cold! John and Kaylen have great energy and make you feel at ease. I had the targeted treatment for my left knee and the compression therapy. I instantly felt better. I am already thinking about the full chamber treatment.

Incredible experience, first time in the cold therapy chamber yesterday and the benefits are instant. It’s not as shocking as the cold water as it gradually gets colder so that’s a plus and you get the same sensation after as the cold water. Got to meet 3 members of the team and what an amazing group of people. 10/10
