Frescoes Coffee House

Frescoes Coffee House features a constantly changing art exhibition and we are proud to be associated with the Arts Centre and local artists.

Free Wi-fi gives customers the chance to keep in touch and groups such as our poetry group can meet in an inspirational setting.

Upstairs we have rooms for coffee and lunch or meetings (bookings can be made). An eclectic mix of background music from jazz to opera adds to the atmosphere. Frescoes Coffee Shop features an outside seating area gives customers a sunny spot to enjoy a break.

Always good food and drinks. Very adaptable too, if you ask for something extra or something removed from an item, they are very accommodating. Retro music at a reasonable level adds to the calmness of the place.

Loved sitting by the window watching the comings and goings. Feta, olive and sun-dried tomato salad bowl was very tasty and plentiful 😊

I’ve been using this Coffee shop for now over 2 weeks - switched from Coffee with Art! Very good coffee and food - one of the better coffee shops in town. Excellent choice of food. Good WiFi. Beware of seating upstairs - you WILL be forgotten! There needs to be a ‘Bell for Service’ in the seating area …. just saying!

I ordered a Jacket Potato recently and I'm suprised how unbelievably small the potato was. Literally took 2-3 bites and it was finished. Maybe good for a child portion but certainly not for an adult portion. Crazy!
