It was OK. The music is modern Mexican and pretty dreadful. Needs to offer a more traditional style to win me over .

Really good meal and friendly staff! Went on a Wednesday evening dining in, was pretty quiet. Had the Chalupitas to start and the Birria Quesadillas as a main and was really happy with my choices and would highly recommend both! Partner had fajitas and steak hard shell tacos which would also recommend. Staff were really friendly as well and loved the decor. Overall great experience

Saw this open a couple of months ago and have been wanting to try it. I went to collect it tonight in the hopes of some authentic Mexican food. Reviews were mixed but pictures looked good. The food is absolutely bland, nothing tastes of anything? The birria tacos are an insult to Mexicans. The only thing I enjoyed were the chips. Please do not go there and waste your money. The vibe was off too, it wasn’t welcoming at all. I should have known from start that the restaurant was completely empty. £40 wasted. This restaurant will not last long with them standards of food. Just to add, at least the dog enjoyed it 😂

I came here with a friend tonight for a little get-together, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. Most of the time, it was just the two of us in the restaurant, and later, two other ladies came in. The service was really slow, and when the food finally arrived, they got our order completely wrong. If it had been busy, I might have given them the benefit of the doubt, but there were only four people in the place. For £12, we got three tacos, and honestly, with the price and the service, I wouldn't recommend it. The food was just okay; the beef taco was tough, and they were out of a lot of dishes on the menu, leaving us with very limited options. It was a bit of a letdown overall.

We booked for two on a thursday and were delighted with the quality of food as well as the menu. The service was good too. Don’t hesitate, give it a try

Had a very nice meal at La Piñata. Service was excellent, food was authentic and delicious, portion size was generous. The ambiance of the place was very good too. Enjoyed the experience

What a little gem , we wasn't sure what to expect as there wasn't allot reviews and it's a relatively new restaraunt , but anybody thinking the same , go! The service was great the staff were really attentive , I was driving so I only had soft drinks but my girlfriend tried the cocktails and said they were great, the food was the best part. Very authentic and great value for money.
