Good independent garden centre with a nice cafe and a wide range of products for sale beyond the usual. Greetings card selection really good. Like many garden centres it has become something of an emporium too.
Good area under cover and useful if you're after compost, bagged farmyard manure, soil improver or John Innes as all of this is dry stored. Prices are OK too.
The staff are always helpful if you need gardening advice. Post Office on site and the equivalent of a village shop too with provisions. Big display of sheds & buildings at the back.
Plenty of parking. Cafe gets busy! This business is worth supporting if you live in the area.

Waited for ages in queue, only to be told no sausages for breakfast and they still had over half an hour left of breakfast serving!

The garden centre itself and the shop is really worth a visit. The café is a MAJOR 'avoid' unless you're having a panini. £4.50 for a microwave reheated bowl of cheesy chips (which looked like they were on their third reheat), where the cheese is welded to the overcooked gross chips was quite disgusting.
£9.95 for a baked potato with cheese and beans?
Come on!
Really disappointing.
Shop there, eat elsewhere.
