Very friendly staff and atmosphere, and they got a kids play zone with a tent, toys and Lego, which is a rarity in Bedford 😃

The Best Red Velvet, Milkshake, and Hot Chocolate I recently visited Pistachio Restaurant, and it was such a great experience. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. The place has a charming vibe, with a mix of modern and comfortable decor that made me feel relaxed right away. It’s definitely the kind of spot where you can chill out and enjoy some good food with friends. I decided to try the red velvet cake, and it was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, and had a slight hint of chocolate that made it even better. Oh and I got it even at a great price as a combo with Refill tea for only £6.5 all.. Then I have also ordered a milkshake, and it was amazing. It was thick and creamy, just the way I like it, with a rich flavor that really stood out. The milkshake had a swirl of whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top, making it look and taste fantastic. I was there for quite some time, since I suddenly felt so good, and decided to work and do some reading... It is indeed an amazing space to work or study.. Later on, I ordered a hot chocolate and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was really smooth and rich, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top made it feel even more special, like a real treat on a cold day. The best part, though, was the kindness of the staff... And I could feel their laughters and happiness... Everyone was so friendly, making sure I felt great... It’s clear that they enjoy what they do. Their positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Overall, Pistachio is an amazing place to enjoy tasty desserts, awesome drinks, and a lovely atmosphere. I am deffinitely coming back for a quick snack or a long, relaxing afternoon, and I take my friends with me next time. Thank you Pistachio Team you are amazing!

Ordered a lotus cheesecake for takeaway and tastes incredible!! Also surprised that this cheesecake base is also gluten free and vegan! How amazing! Variety of options for everyone! Lovely staff, quick service and a nice busy but welcoming atmosphere on a Sunday 😊
