The delivery service is worest Every time the delivery driver waiting too much time And they behave on delivery drivers wores

Very enjoyable meal here in the new Rice Thai restaurant. Our main meals were excellent - red curry with king prawns was superb, and duck pad thai very tasty, if a little too much for us. Only fault was the vegetable tempura starter - heavy and quite greasy batter so not what we remembered from a few years ago. But, all in all, a great experience and we shall be back.

Was told it was closed at 9:30pm, change your timing as it states it closes at 11pm

The food was authentic and tasty and the staff were super friendly. We had a lovely time and could not fault the food. Exactly how I remembered it in Thailand!

We were at Rice Thai tonight to celebrate Mother's Day. First it took them awhile to find our reservation. The two Asian ladies kept saying a different name. We repeated our name numerous times before they realised they got it wrong. Melinda? No. Melinda? No. It was annoying. No apologies from them. Then came our mixed platter for starter that all looked the same, covered in thick batter like from a fish and chips shop. The coating for tempura was not good, way too thick. The fish cakes tasted like rubber. I can make better ones than that. Pad Thai was way too oily, and my daughter thought that her tofu stir fry was with noodles, and it came without noodles. No one explained it to her whilst she was ordering that she can order rice or noodles and server made her feel bad saying 'you need to say rice or noodles!', saying it rudely. Again, no apologies. My husband's curry tasted like korma. Nothing special. I should have just cooked at home because that was disappointing. The atmosphere isn't the same anymore. It was too noisy. People coming in and out, and suddenly they're chatting in the middle aisle so loudly. Too many distractions whilst you're eating. It used to be so nice, quiet and cosy. They played 'I will always love you' a few times too. Took ages to get the bill. We were the last ones there. Overall, not good. I guess that's the last time we're going, and it's been a few years since we went there.

I went with my Friend who was visiting from London. To start with they got our searing preference wrong despite booming 2 weeks in advance. I had fish cakes as a starter which is the worst I've had to date. It was very rubbery. My friend did not like her Chicken satay starter it was very bland. Then I had the Green curry which looked new baby poo poo. It had nice coconut and very cream. I've been to numerous Thai restaurants over the years this by far the worst. My friend was able to ask for a discount which was granted. We were very disappointed. I would never venture there again. They really need to sake the chef! And invest in a proper Thai Chef. Responding to the owners comments. Firstly we did inform you we going to be late! stop lying I called you. When we arrived you said you forgot about my request for a preferred location. Secondly. My friend's food was terrible, and she asked for a discount on her food. You initially brought an expired red wine, then another awful white Wine, till eventually we said if you had any prosecco, which was ok. Customers have the right to ask for a discount if the food is not of good quality. If you don't want to admit this that is on you. I have eaten Thai food on many occasions and this was awful. accept it or don't you have lost two customers who will never frequent your eatery again.

Fresh and hot, delicious, lovely staff, quick service, really fabulous, classy decor, amazing quality dishes, ewely bird discount... and check out the loo rolls 🥰!!!
