Went for a look around before deciding which gym to use. Was met by a team member James who was friendly and helpful to our questions. The gym was modern and well equipped. There was a good vibe about the place. Changing rooms were smaller than expected but adequate and clean. No sauna /steam room or relaxation /chill out areas that I could see. This is purely a place to work out and is reflected in the pricing, being considerably cheaper than the opposition, and offers value for money. This is fine for me as all I want is to work out and use the punchbags. But my wife wants more including a pool so I'm putting this place on the back burner until I've checked out the other gyms in my area.
