After attending the famous Wandee Culinary Art School in Bangkok, I have been working as a private chef and in Tana Thai, one of Bedford‘s most famous restaurants. Passionate about Thai cuisine, I have always been eager for everyone to discover its beauty. Every time I cook, I do it as if I cook for my own family, using only the very best ingredients and lots of love. The food was mixed quality. I had the corn fritters to start and these seemed to be very overcooked. They were hard and really crispy. Not what I was expecting. I had Pad Thai with prawn and that tasted great. Unusual presentation with a single large lettuce leaf on the plate.
