I really enjoy working out at this gym: the coaches are very friendly, they give me feedback along the training sessions and I am reaching my goals.
Also, I met friendly people I am training with, which is very important for me.
I definitely recommend this gym if 1-2-1 or small group training is important for you.

Fitness Collective is a great gym! I have been doing 1-2-1 personal training sessions for over a year now. My trainer Josh is great, I cannot recommend him highly enough. I Joined in November 2022 following a free 3 session trial. Being someone who very much sees fitness as a hobby and not a chore and loves lifting heavy, this was the perfect gym for me. The trainers are professional and friendly and you get a great balance of professional expertise and a fun element to sessions. A great middle ground for someone wanting that 1:1 approach but also enjoying the group aspect in training. I also see 1:1 Clint’s with trainers and also couples. The trainers are always very personable and professional in their approach and put people at ease. The members are all lovely too!

This is a fabulous gym and community to be a part of. I rejoined about a year ago when it came under new ownership and loved it straight away. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and support you to reach your fitness goals, whatever they might be.
They’re always able to adapt sessions to meet your needs, and happily take on board any feedback.
They’re a motivating bunch! The small group sessions are perfect for me; small enough to be personal, but fun and challenging at the same time. I’ve been delighted with my progress over the last few months and highly recommend.

I have been going to the Fit Co since 2019 and this was the best decision I've made. A small private body functional fitness with friendly and supportive environment, great coaches who take time to explain techniques properly and teach you the foundations of moving your body in the correct ways and gain confidence and skills. They even teach you not only how do movements properly, but also how to start loving exercises you normally hate, which I think is a real skill. 😃 The groups are small in order to allow more personal and tailored to each individual's needs approach and everyone is very supportive, especially when we do a full-on team session every Saturday morning, as these sessions are really going all in 😄 Sessions are designed well and there is the opportunity at the end of each block to test your abilities and measure progress. It's always great fun and solid banter, in combination with good weightlifting music and banging coffee (all the coffee lovers out there will know what I mean 😀). I have never been a sporty person and I was also excused from PE classes due to medical reasons, but the Fit Co is my happy place, where I feel I can challenge myself and all the coaches and other members always have my back! There is no such thing as weightlifting is only for athletes, and if you are still in doubt if it will be the right fit for you, just give it a go! I guarantee you, you won't regret it.

The Fitness Collective is a great gym! If like me you are heading into your 50’s, you’ll know the importance of being confident in your body, especially with changes that come with age. Before joining The Fitness Collective I was anxious about increased risk of injury, reduced mobility and weight gain - not any more! Mix together strength training with PT’s who are knowledgable and passionate about their craft and it’s a win, win! Plus I discovered I really enjoy lifting and shifting - who knew!

The Fitco in Bedford is a great place. Dan and his team are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Working with PT Adam is a pleasure and he’s always challenging me to achieve my gym goals… can honestly say my strength and stamina improvements have really surprised me! I urge you to give this place a go
