We have spent a few years seeing Santa here and always had a great experience. This year was ok, not as fun or as magic as previous years and the third year receiving exactly the same gift. My youngest son even said as he opened it 'i hope it's not another magic set, Santa should remember what he has gifted me'. You guessed it! The third year of getting a magic set. The experience isn't cheap and you would think as they know they have returning customers the presents would differ. Due to this it was definitely our last year of visiting at Christmas as I don't think a fourth year of getting another magic set is going to cut it! I've always raved about the experience here and this year was disappointing! EDIT: Email sent on the 30/12/24. We wait for a response. Thank you. EDIT 2: No response from email sent yet. EDIT 3: Despite sporadic emails we are still waiting for the promised replacement gift and letter from Santa (26/1/25). EDIT 4: Reply to my email chasing them for the gift they said they would send, not one I asked for... An excuse of sickness after one of holiday. A month tomorrow since I emailed and no closer to getting this gift. I have told them not to bother. We will not be coming here again or recommending anyone bother. Magic ruined for my SEN son! Absolutely amazing place. I brought grandson to see Santa's he absolutely loved it. Lovely little shops, restaurants, great day out plenty to see and do. Definitely be returning. Thank you.
