The Olde Watermill

The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.

There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.

Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Miller’s Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

Not great coffee…why do very few people know how to make a FLAT White Coffee…too much froth and very bitter…once froth removed only half a cupful!!

It's got the best cafe/restaurant around, with a beautiful outside setting around the pond. I am a little worried it's not as good as it used to be
