Micro Bakery situated in Cranfield, based in a house with professional bread ovens. Specialising in Sourdough bread plus other baked goodies. Pre orders on Thursdays and Fridays, please allow 48 hours notice. Most Saturdays the bakery sells inside House to Haven on the High Street. The first Saturday of every month at the Cranfield Market.
