Here at Vanilla Tree, we are an independent, family run coffee shop in the historical town of Bedford. Established in 2017, we serve expertly and locally roasted coffee, a wide range of loose leaf teas, hand rolled bagels freshly baked daily and a range of handmade cakes including handmade natas.

We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy our passion for coffee and baking, so come and try a freshly baked bagel filled with handmade, steaming hot salt beef accompanied by a rich, smooth flat white – or maybe the tangy feta bagel with homemade chermoula – the choice is yours!

lovely coffee shop, the drinks (a matcha and a milkshake) were incredible and could not be improved upon. same for the food, the honey and walnut bagel was absolutely lovely. great bagels and quality drinks- i couldn’t recommend this place more. it would have been nice to be greeted at the door, as we weren’t sure if we had to wait to be sat or if we could go wherever. otherwise, a very pleasant experience !
