How it started…

Veggie Crush was created by Monika Czuj in Sept 2020. The company’s creator is a certified Vegan and Vegetarian Nutritionist and a person deeply passionate about healthy food and lifestyle. Her ambition is helping people and creating positive change hence Veggie Crush is more than delicious food, it is also about promoting health education, supporting community and building relationships.

What we offer…

At Veggie Crush Bedford, we want to bring joy through our Vegan and Vegetarian food. We love fresh veg and fruit and we turn them into real treat! We are totally obsessed with salads and cannot imagine a day without one (true story)! We offer lots of different flavours so that everyone can find something they will truly enjoy. Check our menu and pick your favourite salads and dressings. Everything is freshly prepared from best quality produce. We are proud to make almost everything from scratch, including our own peanut butter and hummus.

Do not forget to add one of our cold pressed juices to your order. They are so good for you, nutrient dense, and so delicious. We are a part of a global celery juice movement and we offer 100% celery juice, herbal juice which in fact is a medicine. Drink it regularly and experience health improvements on many different levels. Follow us to learn about various benefits of juicing, they are amazing!

We are preparing seasonal items for you, so in colder days you can enjoy a lovely, perfectly blended soup. Our soups are creamy, very nutritious and will keep you warm and energised throughout a day!

Our mission is making clean, healthy food more accessible and affordable. We want to be here for you every day therefore we are open most days a week and you can contact us anytime! We offer catering for family, team, business meetings etc. We have the ability to do larger events and special occasions so please contact us directly for any enquiries.
