Our studio is located in a heart of Bedford, close for everyone near Bedford to join us in person. We also offer all classes live streamed.

I have been doing yoga for over 12 years and found it fantastic for my flexibility and stopping a repeat of a back injury I had before I started. My main yoga teacher has limited times each week that suit me and so I wanted to have a "back-up". For the last couple of years, I have been going to Yoga with Lenka and she is totally amazing. She is very high energy and her enthusiasm is infectious. She has a range of class levels and gives very good personal guidance which means people get the most out of her sessions. I can thoroughly recommend her and her team.

I recently moved and was missing my previous yoga classes… I found ‘Yoga with Lenka’ locally and was welcomed instantly. All the tutors are so friendly & caring; if you’re new to yoga, they help pose adjustments too! There is a focus on overall wellbeing from the moment you enter the class; physical, mental, spiritual… (the lighting & sound is very calming etc). The community of people are so kind as well. I’ve been to many yoga classes… and always find that the tutors make or break the experience of a class… in the way they hold a yoga space for everyone 😊 I’d definitely recommend any of ‘Yoga with Lenka’s classes 😊
