I had a really disappointing experience at this bubble tea shop. The short asian lady with black hair working there was unbelievably rude — zero customer service, no smile, and acted like serving me was a burden. I asked a simple question about the drinks and she rolled her eyes like I was wasting her time. Honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable. never coming back if this is how they serve the customers

The best bubble tea! My favourite is the cookies and cream with tapioca and it’s always made perfect. The girls who work there are always chatty and friendly too!

I have great experiences here! The staff are lovely, especially the girl in glasses with the lovely gold earrings who is super friendly and always provides excellent service. She makes my drinks perfectly and never fails to miss! Bbtea definitely have a returning customer!

Absolutely appalled by the service at this bubble tea place. I used to come here quite often and decided to give it another try after some time away. The Asian woman with glasses who works there was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was genuinely disgusting. I won’t be coming back, and the owners seriously need to rethink who they have representing their business.

I have to say BBTea is fantastic and they would make their boba to one of the highest levels, however recently I cant help but notice that the standard has fallen, I find when i order a drink with tapioca pearls they are either hard and unpleasant to eat or a little too soft and just fall apart in your mouth, furthermore if your ordering more than one you get both of the soft and hard, Im a big advocate for consistency in how its made which is why i loved it here because i got the same amazing boba every time, but the standard has fallen and i cant help but feel disappointed. Still a great boba place but it makes me not want to come here as often as i do.

Pretty awesome bubble tea place! The fruit tea is really nice and refreshing, all of the ladies that work here are cool to talk to, and they have a super cute dog that sits on their sofa!

They don't do always their vegan tofu gyozas, but they are so SO good and unique. You can choose fried or steammed. The downside of this place is that they support animal cruelty and don't have free animal cruelty milk, only have animal tits milk. 😢😢😢

I just ordered 2 x Mango Fruit Tea via Uber Eats and they've sent me a concoction of Mango mixed with Milk... Now I'm trying to call the restaurant and no one's answering. Go figure. EDIT: If you think this is a scalding review then I dread when you really do get one. You can't be happy whenever you get a positive review and then get all defensive when you don't. That's not how small businesses work. How will you improve if you don't get any bad feedback at all? EDIT 2: What you choose to imply is up to you. I had already posted this before you eventually answered the phone after my 4th attempt trying to get in touch. I was going to delete my review until I saw your defensive and patronising reply hence why I chose to leave it there. If you can't handle negative reviews and choose to respond rudely to your customers then maybe you shouldn't be in business! If you want to protect your rep and business at least know how to respond to customer feedback professionally. EDIT 3: You apologised and I accepted it and it was done. By the time I went back to delete my review you had already chosen to be rude as I have seen on pretty much all of the other negative reviews you've received before. I love that you had to scroll through my profile to find a 1 ⭐ review which goes to show I barely leave a lot of them if any. I may have left a negative review and it might deter one or two customers but how you, the owner, respond to your customers feedback is what will have the bigger impact. Your products may be the best or not but it's your attitude that will make or break you. You may see me as a petulant customer but others will see you as an owner who lacks professionalism. But hey, what do I know?
