They don't do always their vegan tofu gyozas, but they are so SO good and unique. You can choose fried or steammed. The downside of this place is that they support animal cruelty and don't have free animal cruelty milk, only have animal tits milk. 😢😢😢

I just ordered 2 x Mango Fruit Tea via Uber Eats and they've sent me a concoction of Mango mixed with Milk... Now I'm trying to call the restaurant and no one's answering. Go figure. EDIT: If you think this is a scalding review then I dread when you really do get one. You can't be happy whenever you get a positive review and then get all defensive when you don't. That's not how small businesses work. How will you improve if you don't get any bad feedback at all? EDIT 2: What you choose to imply is up to you. I had already posted this before you eventually answered the phone after my 4th attempt trying to get in touch. I was going to delete my review until I saw your defensive and patronising reply hence why I chose to leave it there. If you can't handle negative reviews and choose to respond rudely to your customers then maybe you shouldn't be in business! If you want to protect your rep and business at least know how to respond to customer feedback professionally. EDIT 3: You apologised and I accepted it and it was done. By the time I went back to delete my review you had already chosen to be rude as I have seen on pretty much all of the other negative reviews you've received before. I love that you had to scroll through my profile to find a 1 ⭐ review which goes to show I barely leave a lot of them if any. I may have left a negative review and it might deter one or two customers but how you, the owner, respond to your customers feedback is what will have the bigger impact. Your products may be the best or not but it's your attitude that will make or break you. You may see me as a petulant customer but others will see you as an owner who lacks professionalism. But hey, what do I know?

Heaven on Earth

Delicious bubble tea and all sorts of treats Very relaxing environment AND dog friendly too!!

They have nice staff and there boba is always the best and not too expensive x

The grilled chicken dumplings are very good, a little bit of Kikkoman's soy sauce and they're addicting. The boba teas are hit or miss. The brown sugar had an off flavor, and my husband who loves taro said his taro boba tasted like "sawdust" but I've ordered the house tea which is nice, and the honeydew melon is like melon on steroids if you're into that, it's interesting! There are definitely better boba places but this is probably the best one Bedford has.

Me and my daughter love this place, the variety of flavours in unbelievable. I tend to go for Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Jelly, she normally has a fruity tea. Haven't tried the waffles yet, but planning to on our next visit.

Good drinks and great atmosphere

Absolutely disgusting! If I could I would give 0 stars. We ordered 9 drinks in total via just eat from this place. One of the drinks had hair in it. We rang the place and they told us it was 'impossible' that it would be their hair in it even though we had explained that the plastic seal has not be pierced through so it had to them. They refused to replace the drink nor would they issue us a refund as it was placed via just eat which is understandable. But an apology would've been sufficient enough rather than telling us it was 'impossible'. Rather than apologising for their mistake, they tried to turn it around on us. We decided to order again to replace the drink and pay for delivery again. They provided a free drink after we told them we'd be raising it with just eat. Its such a shame because I've been to this place few times before and staff are normally friendly.
