Fantastic little place, located on a quiet street surrounded by little shops.
The place was almost packed during lunch but I was lucky to find a seat. The service was good and the wait time good too. The decor is clean simple with a great atmosphere thanks to the open kitchen showing everything in full transparency.
The panino i ordered was the Zio.
It was my first time here (although i have eaten from their mobile stalls often) and i was thoroughly impressed.
The panino was STACKED with meat, they really didnt skimp on it have earned a new hopefully regular customer. The veggies were tender, juicy and sweet, the bread with moist thanks to the sauce and excellent craftsmanship but still crispy and aromatic. The knife to hold the panino together is a must, but just eat it how it’s meant to be no need to be fancy.
Shoutout to Paco for the bread, definitely one of the best I’ve tried. I cannot recommend this enough and i will definitely be back.

I have come here many more times, im always impressed by the food here, very generous portions, incredible flavours, great service, very clean lavatory. The specials are unique and delicious.
The only panino i would not recommend is the Saltimbocca, not because it is bad but because everything else is so much more delicious.

I’ve never experienced a toasted baguette of this caliber anywhere else lol! Initially, I thought my first visit was a fluke due to its exceptional taste, so I returned to confirm its consistency. I can confidently say it rivals the best this world has to offer 🤣 , this is truly the Harrods standard for baguettes and sandwiches. It is very expensive in my opinion, but the SUPREME quality justifies the price! This place is a must-visit for those seeking something beyond an average lunch in Bedford!

I've been here three times now and will definitely return. I live just round the corner and can't believe I waited so long to eat here. The sandwiches are phenomenal - perfectly judged, quality ingredients, huge size and very generously filled. The bread is insanely good. Sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. Decent coffee and tasty, drinks choices. Super-friendly staff. A proper gem in Bedford's crown!

Great breakfast sandwich. Had originally gone in as I saw the reviews and pictures on the lunch menu. They weren’t serving it on Sunday however the server recommended the ‘Top of the morning’ bagel. Amazing!
Accompanied by a tasty smoothie and coffee. Highly recommend. Quick, friendly service. Delicious eats.
