About me

I’m Lauren Aimée, a Yoga teacher and Movement Practitioner based in Bedfordshire, UK.

My passion for yoga and free movement flourished during my time at university where I gained an MA in Dance, Performance & Choreography.

I have been teaching Yoga for over 5 years and over time my practice has grown into a combination of traditional yoga and free movement which really allows you to observe, appreciate and love your body and all the wonderful things it does for you.

Wow what an amazing teacher with some awesome modern techniques. Collaborations with some other fabulous people in the community and yoga for teens. If I could afford every class I would go to them all. Wonderful energy Lauren has, I always leave class intensely relaxed and well stretched ❤️❤️
