I teach adult, teen, and 1-1 yoga classes in Bedford to suit all ages and ability levels in a variety of beautiful locations

About me

I’m Lauren Aimée, a Yoga teacher and Movement Practitioner based in Bedfordshire, UK.

My passion for yoga and free movement flourished during my time at university where I gained an MA in Dance, Performance & Choreography.

I have been teaching Yoga for over 5 years and over time my practice has grown into a combination of traditional yoga and free movement which really allows you to observe, appreciate and love your body and all the wonderful things it does for you.

I've done a Touch & Trust workshop today, and honestly wish I could do them daily! Lauren guided us through a gentle practice, offering hands on assistance to help get deeper into the poses. Whether you're a true beginner or just want to get back into Yoga after a few years, this is a great way start that journey. It's a calm, relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. Lauren shows you some of the basic fundamental Yoga moves that you see throughout all Yoga levels. Such a lovely way to spend an hour of your time! I would highly recommend this course to anyone! I'm sad my four weeks is over but I'm excited to begin the next step!

I did Lauren's beginners yoga course. Lauren is a natural yoga teacher. Her classes just flowed and before I knew it I was in yoga poses that I didn't know I could do. Her energy is calm, confident and so friendly. I feel grateful to have found her and looking forward to joining more of her classes. Highly recommend.
