Anna is not only hilarious, but she is also a fantastic instructor. I've had both 1-1s and attended group classes, and she is just as attentive with a class of people as she is in a 1-1 session. I have a number of health conditions and Anna always has this in mind, giving me any adjustments I might need. Classes are always well planned, the studio is always clean and she is always on time.
Did I mention that she also does magic tricks? I had a back injury that had been giving me pain for around 2 months. After 1 session with Anna, the pain literally completely disappeared. Sounds crazy to say it but it genuinely is true. I'd tried everything and nothing had helped. All of this leads me to conclude that Anna is basically a wizard 🧙

I have been lucky enough to come across this fabulous Pilates group and have really enjoyed the variety of classes that Anna and her team provide. I've done a mat class for strength and balance, a Barre class and today, a taster session for Pilates Reformer. Anna has a wonderful style ( as do her other teachers) and she makes time to ensure that everyone in the class, is working to their optimum and with correct technique. Small , friendly classes make for a wonderful hour of 'me time'. Thank you Anna, your care and attention to the little details that matter, is much appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high standard Pilates instruction.

I have been doing pregnancy pilates with Anna for about five months I am now towards this end of my pregnancy and have never felt better. The classes are perfectly suited for pregnancy and Anna is really knowledgeable and has practical support and suggestions. It is a friendly safe environment where you can exercise and talk to like minded people and learn about your body. I always feel better after doing the classes and look forward to them.

I love my Pilates classes with Anna. She tailors every move to suit my ability and nothing is too much trouble. My back pain has improved significantly since I started these classes. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough.

I joined the pregnancy pilates class after a friend recommended it and I am so glad that I did. Anna provides a safe and comfortable environment where you get to meet like minded people, exercise in the right way for your changing body and learn more about pilates. I thoroughly recommend this class and will be returning for other classes once my baby is born.
