The White Hose, Bedford is a stylish, contemporary ,friendly put with welcoming staff and a rather splendid food and drinks menu which all add up to make your time with us well spent.
The White Horse is the ideal venue for catching up with friends & family, celebrating a special occasion or the perfect spot to pop out for a swift pint or 2 whilst walking the dog!

Our food style celebrates the best of the British Pub Menu, from Haddock & Chips supplied by our local fishmonger, a fully loaded burger or one of our delicious secret recipe chocolate brownies!

We have an excellent kitchen team who design & create our dishes in house and wherever possible we support local suppliers.

Bookings are always recommended especially at the weekends.

There were 9 in pur party. We had had meals at the White Horse previously. Two people had light lunch fish and chips. There was far too much (crispy) batter with very little fish. Our meals were recoooked after we complained. I think it's fair to say there was a general disappointment with several meals including temperature of the food and amount of sauce on a pasta dish. I hope this will not deter us from returning.

What is shambles waited an hour for food asked if we could have some bread as a starter and we were Refused the meals eventually came Out cold, Roast potatoes not cooked, unable to cut meat, pork with an inch of fat! The poor waitress running round trying to put things right bless her it was not her fault at all… All walked out never to return went to Toby carvery staff and meal Excellent 5 star.
