We are very proud of the extremely high standard of service that we offer, with our friendly and professional staff providing attentive yet unobtrusive assistance.

The secluded setting of Woodland Manor belies its excellent accessibility. We have great links to many major cities, including Cambridge, London and Oxford. Woodland Manor is located just two miles from Bedford town centre and the well-connected local train station. We are easy to reach via the A1 and M1, and have free parking on-site for some 120 guests.

My wife took her mother and mine for a festive tea today. The booking process was simple managed by the events team. All 3 had lovely time. The food was great and the service exemplary Many thanks to all involved

Stunning hotel, didnt even know this was on our doorstep, nestled in the corner of Clapham with great period features. The staff were so helpful they could not do enough for us. Bijay was great and no request was too much. The children also had a great stay and enjoyed the cookies and hot chocolate provided in the rooms. The food was well presented and tasted amazing. Some amazing cocktails too to be had, the Mojito was a favourite of ours. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcome.
